About our shower gels
What is the quantity in each bottle?
Each KOI™ shower gel contains 340 ml.
What are the fragrance notes?
Each KOI™ shower gel has its own fragrance profile, shown under Fragrance Notes on every product page. Berry Bliss, for example, is a floral fruity gourmand that opens with mandarin orange, raspberry, litchi, black currant and lemon.
How do I use the shower gel?
Wet your skin, then pump a small amount onto your palms, a soft washcloth or a loofah and massage over your body in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry and follow with your favourite body lotion or body butter.

Shipping & Returns
Do you ship across India?
Yes. KOI delivers across India and may also ship to selected countries outside India. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other local charges are paid by the customer.
What are the shipping charges and timelines?
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–7 business days to other cities and towns; remote locations may take longer. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and tracking details are shared by email, and by SMS or WhatsApp where available.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Prepaid cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
What is your return and replacement policy?
Returns are accepted only if a product arrived damaged, you received the wrong product, it was expired at delivery or it has a manufacturing defect. Report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a complete unboxing video. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
